Love it. It's pretty noisy but you get use to it. Good quality after 1 year still in good shape.
300 lb guy on a mountain bike; no problem for this thing. My coworker was jealous because she bought one of similar design/quality for three times the price AND she cannot control the resistance by remote dial as with this one.

This item was very easy to put together. Didn't take anytime at all. I was using my bike shortly after receiving it. Wish I'd bought this before spending all the money on a treadmill!!!
